Starting to yawn a bit, time to break out the Amp. It’s basically Mountain Dew with a stronger citrus aftertaste. It reminds me strongly of Surge, the discontinued energy soda from Coke. Did you know that there are weird subcultures of people obsessed with dead sodas? There was actually a “Save Surge” web site that’s now defunct. Apparently cans of New Coke apparently show up on eBay from time to time. Who has this much time on their hands?

So far tonight, I’ve managed to upgrade my MythTV DVR, reorganize the seasons of The IT Crowd, and add a bunch of metadata to my video collection. Which is to say, I’ve done essentially nothing but pointless busywork I find strangely satisfying.
