One of my hobbies is amateur photography. Usually, I’ll go somewhere on foot or by bike that I think looks promising and take a few dozen pictures. I’m not particularly good… if one photo out of that two dozen turns out well, I consider the entire exercise to have been a success.

I went out walking in the park behind my apartment complex on Saturday. We’d just had an enormous snowfall, and I was hoping I’d be able to get some decent pictures out of it. I would have liked to have taken more, but my toes became numb after only twenty minutes… despite three pairs of socks.

I posted some of the best pictures to an online site called Fotki.com. It seems like a decent free site, but only because I was too lazy to search for a really good one. If anyone knows of a really good picture sharing site, let me know. This place only allows 10MB of storage space, and I already maxed that out with this album.
